What is a carbon fiber folding electric bike?

FOMAX carbon fiber folding e-bikes are designed for lightweight portability and urban commuting. The carbon fiber frame ensures durability, reduced weight, and improved riding efficiency for city travel.

How many miles can a FOMAX e-bike cover on a single charge?

A full charge gives you up to 50 km (about 31 miles) — plenty for worry‑free city commutes or leisurely weekend rides.

Does the temperature affect my FOMAX e-bike battery?

Yes! And no matter how hot or cold it is, we always recommend that you unplug your bike from the power outlet once your bike is fully charged. And if you want to store your bike for a longer period of time, make sure the battery level is around 40-60%. this way will keep the performance of your battery up to standard.

How can I tell when the battery is fully charged?

Most chargers have an LED indicator. The light typically turns from red (charging) to green (fully charged).

Can I leave the battery on the charger overnight?

It's best to unplug the charger once the battery is fully charged to avoid unnecessary stress on the battery cells, although most modern chargers have overcharge protection.

How long until the battery is fully charged?

It depends on the charger you're using.

  • With the 36V 3A charger: approximately 3.5 to 4 hours.
  • With the 36V 2A charger: approximately 5 to 6 hours.

Shipping & Returns

How long does it take for my E-bike to arrive at my door?

We work with various logistics partners and depending on the different countries, you are welcome to inquiry with your detailed shipping address, we will check and back to you ASAP. When your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code with which you can track your order.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or has issues?

All our FOMAX e-bikes are carefully inspected before shipment and almost completely assembled in our factory. All our bikes are wrapped in bubble warp and extra strong carton protection. Upon receipt, you should immediately inspect product for damage. Freight damage claims can be extremely time sensitive, and therefore, we will not accept freight damage claims later than 7 working days from Customer’s receipt of the product. You should note any damage to the product on the Bill of Lading before the shipment is accepted. And also document any damage with photographs, and date the images whenever possible. Furthermore, you should keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete.

Can I cancel or return my E-bike?

We take great pride in the quality and durability of our FOMAX e-bikes. We are confident that you will be impressed as well, and we stand behind all of our FOMAX e-bikes, so return the e-bike is rejected but you can cancel the order if not under the process, we will send you the whole refund and refunds will be made to the method of payment used for the order. A 10% processing fee will be applied for any order being canceled if under the process. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs if they elect to return or exchange their bikes. Get in touch and let us know how to help you.

Can I change or modify my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed,FOMAX is unable to modify any items within the order. Please double-check your cart before checking out.

What if I made a mistake in my order (e.g., wrong item or quantity)?

Since modifications are not possible after placement, we recommend canceling the order (if available) and placing a new one. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Can I add an item to my existing order?

No, we cannot add items to an existing order. You would need to place a separate order for any additional items.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Address changes may not be possible once the order is confirmed. Please contact our customer support team as soon as you can, and we will do our best to help you if the order hasn't been processed for shipping yet.
